This process begins with a site survey by one of our certified engineers. They will complete a needs analysis understanding your specific and critical wants, needs and any environmental factors. Once the survey has been completed and all pertinent information has been gathered and documented, a qualified VETS team member will draft a Request for Proposals (RFP) and put your project out to bid.
Each response is carefully analyzed and a side by side comparison is created with the following criteria considered: features and benefits, warranty and service plans available, complexity of solution, ease of use and administration, serviceability of system proposed, payment options, integration with other systems, inclusiveness of proposal, strength in recommended brand, interconnect and last but not least the price. Once a vendor has been selected, our work will be completed unless you have specifically elected to have VETS manage the implementation for you.
