Our Account Executives begin with an analysis of your company’s most recent phone and internet bills, categorizing expenditures into an easy to read spreadsheet. Next, we discuss the three to five year plan for your business and consider the compatibility of your current or new voice and data hardware. Quotations are requested from two to three of the most competitive service providers in your area. Finally, we will present you with an easy to read, side by side comparison of your current expenditures to the new services offered.

Since 1993

VETS is focused towards recruiting partners and government agencies for contracts allocated to Veterans, not the end user commercial business. We partner with IT companies to help them source service providers and run low voltage cabling.

Technical Know-how

As a communications company with an extensive history in the industry, VETS has established close relationships with various service providers. We have the connections needed to facilitate the process of sourcing the right carrier and finding the best package for your company. By acting as an intermediary between client and carrier throughout the sourcing and implementation process, VETS Project Managers and technical staff ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Making an investment in a new communications solution is an extremely important decision for any business. It can be invaluable to have someone experienced on your side without the pressures of them trying to push their product. Let VETS be your trusted advisor guiding you along the way as you make the important decision in sourcing a vendor.

This process begins with a site survey by one of our certified engineers. They will complete a needs analysis understanding your specific and critical wants, needs and any environmental factors. Once the survey has been completed and all pertinent information has been gathered and documented, a qualified VETS team member will draft a Request for Proposals (RFP) and put your project out to bid.

Each response is carefully analyzed and a side by side comparison is created with the following criteria considered: features and benefits, warranty and service plans available, complexity of solution, ease of use and administration, serviceability of system proposed, payment options, integration with other systems, inclusiveness of proposal, strength in recommended brand, interconnect and last but not least the price. We will interview selected potential candidates along side of you and help to make the best decision for your business.

Once a vendor has been selected, our work will be completed unless you have specifically elected to have VETS manage the implementation for you.
